Between Ground and Flight

Welcome to my diary. Reading this entry back, my vision is blurred, and the tears are welling. I really didn't hold back in this one.

Coming to the close of 2025, I’m reminded of how quickly time passes. I began this year with a three-month-old baby girl, and a vision for this brand quietly taking shape. The days moved forward regardless—whether I acted with clarity or hesitated in uncertainty.

What began with inspiration and motivation flickered at times. Doubt crept in, as it often does when something meaningful is still fragile. There were moments of sporadic action, pauses filled with questioning, and stretches where progress felt hard to perceive. And yet, time kept moving. It always does.

As December rounds out, I find myself believing—truly—that this is the most wonderful time of the year. Not because everything is finished, but because something has shifted. Sporadic action became consistency. Consistency demanded discipline. And discipline, practiced quietly and imperfectly, began to produce results. I no longer feel as though I’m standing at the edge, waiting for permission to begin. I’m in it now.

That baby, once so small, is running. Every day, many times over, she asks me to follow her in her sweet little voice: “Come, mamma.” It feels like an invitation in every sense—one that reminds me of the purpose threaded through every part of my life.

There is a moment I think often about—the space just before a decision is made. Brides know this moment well. It’s the pause before choosing to go bespoke, before committing to a gown or veil that will be created just for you. It’s where excitement meets hesitation. Where you wonder if your vision is “too much,” or if trusting a process you can’t yet see is worth it. This moment deserves reverence. It’s not about excess or perfection—it’s about intention. Choosing bespoke is choosing to slow down, to be present, to allow craftsmanship, time, and care to shape something that carries meaning beyond the day itself. Whether it’s a veil or a gown, it’s an act of honoring your story, rather than rushing past it.

This is the same space I find myself standing in, again and again—choosing to trust the process, even when the outcome isn’t fully visible yet.

The wheels are off the ground. The wings are in the air. Altitude? I’ll keep you posted.

If you find yourself in that in-between moment—considering what you truly want to wear, how you want to feel, and what you hope to carry forward—I invite you to take the next step with intention. Explore our bespoke process, or reach out to begin a conversation. Some things are worth making slowly, thoughtfully, and just for you.
